Return policy
Each gift certificate can be returned within 14 business days of delivery without giving any reason. Withdrawal from the contract is necessary in a demonstrable way (in writing, by e-mail). This right is vested in § 12 of the Law on Consumer Protection Distance Selling (Act no. 108/2000 Z.z.).
